DMCA / Copyright Infringement Policy

1. Introduction

Pandastic FZC ("Pandastic") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Heroic AI RPG Services to do the same. Users are solely responsible for characters, worlds, names, prompts, and other content they create or generate through the Services, including content based on movies, comics, games, books, or other third-party franchises.

In accordance with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable and UAE copyright law (Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights), we will respond expeditiously to valid claims of copyright infringement. Pandastic is not responsible for a user's unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property, but we will cooperate with rights holders as legally required.

2. Designated Agent

3. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing all of the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it (e.g., URL, username, content description)
• Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Important: Under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will provide a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we will restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who egregiously infringe, even on a first offense.

6. Record Keeping

We maintain records of all DMCA/copyright notices and counter-notifications received.
