Heroic AI RPG

1. Purpose

Heroic AI RPG is committed to providing a creative, immersive, and safe environment for players to explore AI-driven fantasy storytelling. This Content Policy outlines what content is permitted, prohibited, and how violations are enforced.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, this policy governs on matters of content moderation and safety.

2. Age-Based Content Tiers

Heroic AI RPG supports multiple age-based content tiers:

Under 13: Not permitted to use the Services
13–17 (with parental consent): Access to PG-13 content — no explicit sexual content, graphic violence, gore, or profanity
18 and Over: Full access to all content features

Age verification may be required before accessing mature content. Providing false age information is a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service.

3. Permitted Content

The following types of content are permitted within the context of AI-powered fantasy RPG gameplay:

Fantasy Violence: Combat, battles, conflicts, and other action inherent to RPG gameplay
Dark Themes: Death, betrayal, moral ambiguity, horror, and mature narrative themes
Romance (18+): Romantic and consensual relationships between adult characters
Profanity: Adult language within narrative context
Substance Use: Alcohol, drugs, and other substances as part of storytelling (for 18+ users)

4. Third-Party Intellectual Property and Franchise Content

Heroic AI RPG is a creative storytelling platform. You may use the Services to build characters, worlds, and narratives for your own personal entertainment. You are solely responsible for the names, descriptions, settings, and other material you enter—and for how you use AI-generated output in your sessions.

4.1 No Affiliation or Endorsement

Heroic AI RPG and Pandastic FZC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any movie studio, publisher, game company, comic book company, trademark owner, or other rights holder. References you create to third-party franchises, characters, locations, or brands are your personal creative choices and do not imply any official relationship.

4.2 Your Responsibility for Copyrighted and Trademarked Material

Do not use the Services to create, upload, prompt for, or share content that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates the intellectual property or other rights of any third party unless you have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions—or are otherwise legally entitled to use that material.

Character names, likenesses, or backstories taken from movies, television, comic books, video games, books, tabletop games, or other franchises
World names, settings, lore, factions, or plot elements copied from or closely based on third-party works
Trademarked brand names, logos, slogans, or distinctive trade dress used without authorization
AI outputs that reproduce or closely imitate protected characters, storylines, or other protected expression when you do not have the right to use them

This applies to what you type into the Services and to content the AI generates in response to your inputs. You—not Pandastic—are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

4.3 Personal Use Only

Unless you own the relevant rights or have obtained permission, content inspired by third-party works must remain for your private, personal, non-commercial use within the Services. You may not use Heroic AI RPG to publish, sell, distribute, publicly perform, merchandise, or otherwise commercially exploit content that incorporates third-party intellectual property.

4.4 Our Role and Limitations

We provide tools for interactive storytelling; we do not grant you any license to use third-party intellectual property
We do not pre-screen private worlds, character names, or prompts for franchise references
We are not responsible for your decision to use names, settings, or story elements taken from third-party works
If a rights holder submits a valid legal notice or complaint regarding your content, we may remove or restrict access to that content and may suspend or terminate accounts as described in this policy, our Terms of Service, and our DMCA Policy
Nothing in this policy limits our ability to act on infringement reports or legal obligations under applicable law

4.5 Original and Licensed Content Encouraged

We encourage you to create original characters and worlds, or to use content you own or are licensed to use. If you are unsure whether your use is permitted, obtain permission from the rights holder or consult qualified legal advice before relying on the Services.

4.6 Publishing to Public Realms

The personal-use allowance in Section 4.3 does not extend to sharing. When you publish a realm to Public Realms, you are distributing that content to other users. You must not publish realms whose names, settings, lore, or other elements incorporate third-party intellectual property unless you own the rights or have permission. Published realms that draw on third-party franchises may be removed at any time, including in response to a rights holder complaint, without prior notice.

5. Public Realm Sharing

Heroic AI RPG lets you publish your realm to the Public Realms catalog so other players can start their own adventures in it. Publishing is instant and governed by the following rules:

What Is Shared: Only your realm's world bible — summary, lore, traits, cover image, and starting region. Your characters, chat history, inventory, and play progress are never shared.
Content Standards: Published realms must comply with this entire Content Policy, including the age-tier rules in Section 2 and the prohibitions in Section 6. Mature (18+) realms must be marked as such when publishing.
Acknowledgment: By publishing, you confirm you have the right to share the realm's names, settings, and lore, and you grant other users the right to play personal copies of your shared world bible.
Attribution and Metrics: Your display name is shown on your listing, along with play and like counts.
Unpublishing: You may unpublish a realm at any time. Copies already created by other players remain playable in their private libraries.
Moderation: Listings may be reported by users and may be hidden or removed by our team at any time for policy violations, rights holder complaints, or legal obligations.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

6.1 Absolute Prohibitions (All Ages)

Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Harassment, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse of real individuals
Spam, scams, or commercial solicitation
Attempts to circumvent or "jailbreak" our content safety systems
Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, drugs, or other dangerous materials
Sharing personal information of real people without consent
Copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected third-party content used without the rights, licenses, or permissions required by law (see Section 4)

6.2 Zero-Tolerance Violations (Immediate Permanent Ban, No Appeal)

The following violations result in immediate, permanent account termination with no possibility of appeal. Violations may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any depiction of minors in sexual situations, whether text descriptions, AI-generated imagery, or any other form. No exceptions.
Non-Consensual Sexual Content: Rape, sexual assault, incest, or any depiction of non-consensual sexual acts.
Real-World Violence Threats: Direct threats of harm against real individuals, organizations, or institutions.
Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Bestiality: Any sexual content involving animals or animal-like creatures.
Terrorism-Related Content: Content promoting, supporting, or providing instructions for terrorist activities.

7. Content Moderation

We employ multi-layered content moderation systems:

Automated Filtering: Keyword and pattern matching for known prohibited content
AI-Powered Moderation: Contextual analysis to detect harmful content
Human Review: Trained moderators review flagged content
Permanent Logging: All detected violations are permanently recorded with timestamps and user identifiers

8. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

Warning: For minor, first-time policy violations
Content Removal: Blocking or removing violating content
Temporary Suspension: For repeated non-zero-tolerance violations
Permanent Ban: For zero-tolerance violations, repeated violations, or severe policy breaches
Law Enforcement Referral: For illegal content (CSAM, credible threats, terrorism)

9. Appeals Process

Users who believe their account was actioned in error may submit an appeal:

Include your account email and a description of the situation
Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days

Note: Bans issued for zero-tolerance violations (Section 6.2) are not eligible for appeal.

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content you believe violates this policy, please report it:

11. Changes to This Policy

This Content Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
